Your business

Answer every lead in five minutes

Paste the day's inquiries; get back instant reply drafts, a who-to-call-first ranking, and nurture notes with real memory, while your competitors are still "circling back."

The idea

What this does

Speed decides lead conversion, and speed dies in showings and school pickups. This prompt is the ten-minute daily desk: paste what came in (portal inquiries, sign calls, open-house sheet, website forms), and get back a drafted first reply for each in your voice, a ranked call-first list with reasons, and follow-up notes that remember. It deliberately keeps you as the sender: every message goes out from you, sounding like you, because an obviously automated reply burns the lead and your name with it.

Gather these first

Before you start

Step by step

How to use it

  1. Open your Leads project (or a fresh chat with your intro paragraph included) and paste the day's inquiries with the prompt.
  2. Send the replies yourself after a ten-second personal check on each.
  3. Make the top phone call it recommends; the ranking reason will tell you why that one.
  4. Paste yesterday's outcomes tomorrow ("she answered, touring Saturday; he went quiet") and the nurture memory starts compounding.

Paste this into your AI tool Fill anything in [BRACKETS] with your details
You are my lead-desk assistant. I am a residential real-estate agent in [MARKET]. My voice: warm, plain, direct, zero pressure, no exclamation marks. Today is [DATE]. TODAY'S INQUIRIES (raw, in whatever form I received them): [PASTE THE DAY'S LEADS: portal inquiries with the property they asked about, form fills, sign calls, open-house sign-ins] UPDATES ON EXISTING LEADS: [e.g. Priya replied, wants Saturday; the Kims went quiet after two touches; open-house visitor Marcus mentioned selling in fall] Do the following: 1. FIRST REPLIES, DRAFTED. For each new inquiry: a short reply I can send within minutes. Rules: answer their actual question first (about the property they named if any), add ONE genuinely useful adjacent fact, ask ONE easy question that moves things forward, and offer a concrete next step. Three to five sentences, no template smell, no pitch. 2. CALL-FIRST RANKING. Rank everyone (new and existing) by who most deserves a phone call today, each with a one-line reason based on their behavior (asked a transaction-shaped question, second inquiry this month, timeline mentioned, went quiet at a decision point). Behavior and stated intent only; never rank or profile by any personal characteristic. 3. NURTURE NOTES. For leads not ready now: what they told us, what to send next and roughly when, and the specific thing to reference next time so it feels remembered ("she asked about the school boundary; follow up when the fall ratings publish"). 4. THE QUIET ONES. For anyone gone silent: one honest re-engagement draft that adds new value (a relevant new listing, a market fact) rather than "just following up." 5. TOMORROW'S MEMORY. A compact log line per lead I can paste back tomorrow so nothing resets. Rules: every message is written to be sent by me, from my accounts, after my read. Plain warmth, market facts over adjectives, and if an inquiry contains a question I should not answer without checking (legal, lending specifics), draft the reply that says so gracefully and note what I need to check.

Keep it honest
  • You send everything, from your accounts, after reading; an AI-scented reply from "you" costs more than a slow one.
  • The behavior-only ranking rule is a fair-housing guardrail; treat it as non-negotiable.
  • Lead data is personal data; keep the pasted material minimal and your notes professional, exactly as if the lead might someday read them.
