Who is JoyCrew for?

It is for an active producing real estate agent buying one seat for themselves. The sweet spot is an agent doing roughly 10–30 deals a year whose business runs through Gmail and Calendar. Newer agents are welcome too; the more business already flows through your inbox, the more useful your assistant is on day one.

I already have a CRM.

Keep it. JoyCrew is not a CRM; it is a teammate. A CRM only knows what you type into it. Your assistant writes its own notes.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is brilliant, but it does not know your clients, your deals, or your calendar, and it waits to be asked. Your assistant knows your business and shows up before you ask. The 6 AM brief arrives whether or not you remembered to prompt anything.

What about teams?

Today JoyCrew is built for the individual producing agent, and every seat is personal. Agents on a team are welcome to bring their own assistant. Shared team memory is on the roadmap.

Does my assistant talk to clients?

Your assistant never contacts a client without your direction. If you add your assistant to a thread and explicitly direct a mechanical task such as scheduling, your assistant can confirm details or propose times from a dedicated phone or email. Your assistant never sells, advises, or speaks for you.

What does my assistant connect to?

Day one supports Gmail or Google Workspace plus Calendar. Your assistant reads all email in the connected inbox, so use a business inbox. Gmail starts read-only. Calendar is read/write so your assistant can schedule and move meetings. Outlook, CRM, and MLS integrations are not available yet.

Do I need to learn a dashboard?

No. Keep using phone, text, and email. There is no app, no dashboard, and no new tab to keep open.

What can my assistant help with today?

Today, your assistant answers questions about your business, sends a 6 AM brief, prepares you for calendar meetings, manages scheduling, and captures context and reminders.

Does my assistant draft email?

Not in the day-one product. Email drafting is coming later as an explicit opt-in that asks for additional Gmail access only if you choose to turn it on.

How does the 14-day trial work?

The plan starts with 14 days free and no credit card. Your first 6 AM brief arrives within 24 hours of connecting Gmail, and you can try meeting prep and a delegated task before you pay.

What happens to my data?

Your data runs in its own isolated environment. You can export your memory or delete everything when you cancel. Your assistant never auto-sends anything.
